Enrollment Options

All Associates enroll by purchasing a MaxLifeResearch Associate Activation for $34.95 (except in North Dakota where by law the activation is optional).

Along with the activation, new Associates can choose to purchase any or all of the following:

1. A Fast Start Pack for $179.00 

When you purchase a Fast Start Pack, you will become Fast Start Qualified.  Alternatively, you may become Fast Start Qualified when you accumulate Personal Sales Volume (PSV) of 500 points from your start date as an Associate.

Active Fast Start Qualified Associates earn Fast Start Bonuses weekly on the sales of Fast Start Packs to personally enrolled Associates and to the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates.

To be “active”, each month you’ll have either 100 points of Autoship Personal Sales Volume (PSV) or 150 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV).

Note:  When purchasing a Fast Start Pack, you will have 150 PSV and be active and eligible for bonuses in the commission month of your purchase.

 Personal Activity

When you have 100 points of Autoship Personal Sales Volume (APSV) or 150 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in a calendar month, you are “active” and eligible to earn bonuses per the rules of the compensation plan.

You can generate APSV from the bonus volume of your personal autoship orders as well as from the bonus volume of autoship orders of personal customers.

Associates receive PSV from the bonus volume of all of their personal orders as well as from the bonus volume of all of the orders placed by their personal customers.

How Associates Get Paid

Associates get paid weekly and monthly!

#1:  Fast Start Program Bonuses – Paid Weekly

The Fast Start Program is designed to provide Associates with an initial supply of products while simultaneously rewarding an important behavior, introducing the MaxLifeResearch income opportunity to others.

Fast Start Bonuses are paid weekly on two levels of enrolled Associates when you are “Fast Start Bonus Qualified” and active.

As an active Fast Start Bonus Qualified Associate, when Associates in your enrollment downline purchase a Fast Start Program, you’ll earn a 40% Fast Start (FS1) Bonus on the sales volume of Fast Start Packs on your first enrollment level and a 4-8% GE2 bonus on your second qualified level, the percentage for which varies based on your paid-as title (the title you qualify for) as it will be calculated in the monthly commission run.

If you promote to a new title in the monthly commission run and you were paid Fast Start Bonuses at a lower rate earlier in the month during a weekly bonus run, the difference will be added to your monthly check!

To become Fast Start Bonus Qualified, simply purchase a Fast Start Pack for personal use, purchase a Fast Start Pack to sell to others, or accumulate 500 PSV from your start date as a MaxLifeResearch Associate.

#2:  Customer Commission – Paid Monthly

When you sell our products through your e-commerce personal website to others at retail prices, you will earn a commission equal to the price difference between the retail price and the Associate price on items purchased.  Also, when customers visiting the corporate website of MaxLifeResearch identify you as their Associate, you will also earn Customer Commission.

Customer Commission is calculated and paid monthly to active Associates.


#3:  Level Bonuses – Paid Monthly

Active Associates can earn Level Bonuses on up to six levels of active Associates.  Each month, inactive Associates are skipped and don’t count as levels.  This means you can earn Level Bonuses more than six levels deep!

 

#4:  Expanding Level Bonuses – Paid Monthly

An Expanding Level Bonus is a 3% bonus that is paid on bonus volume generated in the sponsor downline below the sixth active level, indefinitely until the next active and qualified Executive is found.

Active Associates who are paid as Executive or higher are eligible to earn Expanding Level Bonuses on one active level of their downline beyond active level six.


Associates who are paid as One-Star Executive or higher, Expanding Level Bonuses are paid on up to two levels


#5:  Matching Bonuses – Paid Monthly

A Matching Bonus is a bonus that is paid on a portion of the earnings of others.

Active Associates who are paid as Senior Marketing Director or above earn Matching Bonuses which are paid on the Level Bonuses earned by up to two enrollment levels of downline.

The percentages vary based on your paid-as title.  They range from 10-22% on personally enrolled Associates and 0-8% on your second qualified level of Associates in your enrollment downline.

#6:  Executive Pool Bonuses – Paid Monthly

Each month, ½% of MaxLifeResearch’s total bonus volume is placed into five different Executive Pools.  Each pool is paid out during the monthly commission run.

Associates who are paid at the title of Executive and above earn shares in these pools, each of which is named for the minimum paid-as title required to earn shares.

When you are paid at the rank of your title, you are “qualified” at that time.

All qualified Executives earn one primary share in the first pool, the Executive Pool.

Only qualified One-Star Executives and above earn one primary share in the One-Star Executive Pool.

Only qualified Two-Star Executives and above earn one primary share in the Two-Star Executive Pool.

Only qualified Three-Star Executives and above earn one primary share in the Three-Star Executive Pool.

Only qualified Four-Star Executives and above earn one primary share in the Four-Star Executive Pool.

Only qualified Five-Star Executives and above earn one primary share in the Five-Star Executive Pool.

That’s not all!  More shares can be earned.

For every leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid at the title of the pool or higher, one additional share is earned.

For each pool, the proportion of the pool paid to each participating Executive is determined by the number of shares he or she earns divided by the total number of shares in the pool earned by all participants.

As you fulfill your monthly activity requirement and enroll other Associates who do the same, your downline will grow and your income will grow, too!

Titles and Title Abbreviations

Associate (ASSC)

You’ll begin as an Associate of MaxLifeResearch.

To be active, you’ll have 100 points or more of Autoship Personal Sales Volume (APSV) or 150 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) during the calendar month (for monthly commissions).

When you are active and Fast Start Bonus Qualified, you’ll earn Fast Start Bonuses which are paid weekly.

To be Fast Start Bonus Qualified, you will have either (a) purchased a Fast Start Pack for personal use, (b) purchased one to be sold to someone else, or (d) accumulated a total of 500 points of PSV from your start date as an Associate by MaxLifeResearch.

There are two Fast Start Program bonuses.

The first is a 40% bonus on the bonus volume of Fast Start Packs purchased by your personally enrolled Associates.  These Associates are on the first level of your enrollment downline.

You’ll earn a 4% bonus on the bonus volume of Fast Start Packs that are purchased by the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates.  These Associates are on the second level of your enrollment downline.

On the bonus volume of products other than Fast Start Packs, you will earn a 7% bonus on the bonus volume of Associates on the first two active levels of your downline.   This bonus is paid monthly.

As an active Associate, you’ll earn a Customer Commission on purchases by personal customers.  Customer Commission is paid monthly.

Customers purchase products from MaxLifeResearch through your e-commerce personal website or through the corporate website when they specify you as their Associate.   A customer is not eligible for compensation or title promotion through the MaxLifeResearch compensation plan.

Active Associates earn Level Bonuses on the bonus volume of their first and second levels downline Associates.  Level Bonuses are also paid monthly.

Silver Star Associate (SILVER)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 300 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 2 active personally enrolled Associates

You will be promoted to Silver Star Associate during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

Group Sales Volume is your Personal Sales Volume plus the Personal Sales Volume of all of the Associates on the first four levels of your downline.

When you are paid as a Silver Star Associate, you’ll earn everything that an Associate earns, plus you’ll receive Level Bonuses monthly of 7% on the bonus volume of the Associates on your third level.

Gold Star Associate (GOLD)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 600 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 4 active personally enrolled Associate

You will be promoted to Gold Star Associate during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

When you are paid as a Gold Star Associate, you’ll earn everything that a Silver Star Associate earns, plus you’ll receive Level Bonuses monthly of 5% on the bonus volume of the Associates on your fourth level.

Marketing Director (MD)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 1,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 6 active personally enrolled Associate

You will be promoted to Marketing Director during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

When you are paid as a Marketing Director, you’ll earn everything that a Gold Star Associate earns, plus you’ll receive Level Bonuses monthly of 5% on the bonus volume of the Associates on your fifth level.

You will also receive Matching Bonuses of 10% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates.

Senior Marketing Director (SMD)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 3,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 8 active personally enrolled Associates
  4. have 2 Marketing Director legs

You will be promoted to Senior Marketing Director during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

A leg begins with a personally enrolled Associate and includes all Associates enrolled by that person and everyone enrolled beneath them.  A Marketing Director leg is a leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid as a Marketing Director or above.  Active personally enrolled Associates who are paid as Marketing Directors or above can be counted to meet both requirements (c) and (d).

When you are paid as a Senior Marketing Director, you’ll earn everything that a Marketing Director earns, plus you’ll receive Level Bonuses monthly of 5% on the bonus volume of the Associates on your sixth level.

Your Matching Bonus increases to 12% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates.

Executive (EXEC)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 10,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 10 active personally enrolled Associates
  4. have 2 Senior Marketing Director legs

You will be promoted to Executive during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

A Senior Marketing Director leg is a leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid as a Senior Marketing Director or above.  Active personally enrolled Associates who are paid as Senior Marketing Directors or above can be counted to meet both requirements (c) and (d).

When you are paid as an Executive, you’ll earn everything that a Marketing Director earns, plus you’ll receive an Expanding Level Bonuses monthly of 3% on the bonus volume generated in the sponsor downline below the sixth active level, indefinitely until the next active and qualified Executive is found.

Your Matching Bonus increases to 14% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates.  You also receive a 4% Matching Bonus on the Level Bonuses earned by all the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates.

Congratulations!  You’re also now eligible to earn shares in the first Executive Pool.  You’ll earn one share when you are paid as an Executive and one additional share for every leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid at the title of Executive or above.

One-Star Executive (EXEC-1)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 25,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 10 active personally enrolled Associates
  4. have 2 Executive legs

You will be promoted to One-Star Executive during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

An Executive leg is a leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid as an Executive or above.  Active personally enrolled Associates who are paid as Executive or above can be counted to meet both requirements (c) and (d).

When you are paid as a One-Star Executive, you’ll earn everything that an Executive earns, plus you’ll receive Expanding Level Bonuses monthly of 3% on the bonus volume generated in the sponsor downline below the seventh active level, indefinitely or until the next active and qualified Executive is found.

Your Matching Bonus increases to 16% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates, plus you receive a higher 5% Matching Bonus on the Level Bonuses earned by all the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates.

Qualified One-Star Executives earn shares in two Executive Pools.  In the Executive Pool and the One-Star Executive Pool, you’ll earn one share when you are paid as a One-Star Executive and one additional share for every leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid at the title of One-Star Executive or above.

Two-Star Executive (EXEC-2)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 25,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 60,000 in Downline Sales Volume (DSV)
  4. have 10 active personally enrolled Associates
  5. have 2 One-Star Executive legs

You will be promoted to One-Star Executive during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

Downline Sales Volume (DSV) is the sum of your Personal Sales Volume (PSV) and the Personal Sales Volume of ALL of your downline Associates.

A One-Star Executive leg is a leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid as a One-Star Executive or above.  Active personally enrolled Associates who are paid as One-Star Executive or above can be counted to meet both requirements (d) and (e).

When you are paid as a Two-Star Executive, you’ll earn everything that a One-Star Executive earns and more.

Your Matching Bonus increases to 20% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates, plus your Matching Bonus on the Level Bonuses earned by all the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates increases to 7%.

Qualified Two-Star Executives earn shares in three Executive Pools.  In the Executive Pool, the One-Star Executive Pool, and the Two-Star Executive Pool, you’ll earn one share when you are paid as a Two-Star Executive and one additional share for every leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid at the title of Two-Star Executive or above.

Three-Star Executive (EXEC-3)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 25,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 150,000 in Downline Sales Volume (DSV)
  4. have 10 active personally enrolled Associates
  5. have 2 Two-Star Executive legs

You will be promoted to Two-Star Executive during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

A Two-Star Executive leg is a leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid as a Two-Star Executive or above.  Active personally enrolled Associates who are paid as Two-Star Executive or above can be counted to meet both requirements (d) and (e).

When you are paid as a Three-Star Executive, you’ll earn everything that a Two-Star Executive earns and more.

In addition, your Matching Bonus increases to 20% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates, plus your Matching Bonus on the Level Bonuses earned by all the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates increases to 7%.

Qualified Three-Star Executives earn shares in four Executive Pools.  In the Executive Pool, the One-Star Executive Pool, the Two-Star Executive Pool, and the Three-Star Executive Pool, you’ll earn one share when you are paid as a Three-Star Executive and one additional share for every leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid at the title of Three-Star Executive or above.

Four-Star Executive (EXEC-4)

When in a calendar month you

  1. are active
  2. have 25,000 points in Group Sales Volume (GSV)
  3. have 400,000 in Downline Sales Volume (DSV)
  4. have 10 active personally enrolled Associates
  5. have 2 Three-Star Executive legs

You will be promoted to Four-Star Executive during the monthly commission run.  The promotion is effective retroactively back to the first day of the month.

A Three-Star Executive leg is a leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid as a Three-Star Executive or above.  Active personally enrolled Associates who are paid as Three-Star Executive or above can be counted to meet both requirements (d) and (e).

When you are paid as a Three-Star Executive, you’ll earn everything that a Two-Star Executive earns and more.

In addition, your Matching Bonus increases to 20% on the Level Bonuses earned by all of your personally enrolled Associates, plus your Matching Bonus on the Level Bonuses earned by all the personally enrolled Associates of your personally enrolled Associates increases to 7%.

Qualified Four-Star Executives earn shares in four Executive Pools.  In the Executive Pool, the One-Star Executive Pool, the Two-Star Executive Pool, the Three-Star Executive Pool, and the Four-Star Executive Pool, you’ll earn one share when you are paid as a Four-Star Executive and one additional share for every leg that contains at least one Associate who is paid at the title of Four-Star Executive or above.

Title Maintenance

For all titles above Associate, title maintenance requirements must be met monthly in order to be paid at the level of one’s title.  Title maintenance requirements are identical to title promotion requirements.

If an Associate does not meet the maintenance requirements for his title during a commission period, the Associate will be paid at the highest title for which he meets the requirements.

Title Adjustments

It is important to MaxLifeResearch that the titles of Associates reflect the ongoing achievements of each Associate.  If an Associate fails to be paid at the level of his or her title for 6 consecutive months, the Associate’s title will be lowered to that of the highest title for which the Associate qualified during the 6 month period.  The new title is effective the first day of the following bonus period.

However, once an Associate achieves the requirements for promotion to a previous title once again, the Associate will be paid at the level of his or her title immediately, that is, effective the first day of the commission period in which the promotion requirements were met.

Definitions

Active
An Associate is active when he or she has 100 points of Autoship Personal Sales Volume (APSV) or 100 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in a monthly commission period.

Bonus Volume (BV)
Bonus Volume is the basis upon which all commissions and bonuses are paid.  Bonus volume and price may be different.

Customer Commission
Active Associates earn a customer commission on orders placed through the Associate’s e-commerce personal website and when a customer places an order on the corporate website of MaxLifeResearch while identifying the Associate.  Customer Commission is calculated as the difference between retail prices paid by customers and prices charged to Associates.

Downline
Downline is a term used to describe the Associates personally enrolled by an Associate and all of the Associates enrolled by them, etc.

Downline Sales (DSV)
Downline Sales Volume is the total of all Personal Sales Volume (PSV) credited to an Associate in a calendar month plus the PSV of all of the Associates in his downline.

Enrollment Upline is a term used to describe as a group the Associate who is the enrolling sponsor of the Associate and each of their enrolling sponsors until reaching the top of the genealogy, the Company.

Fast Start Bonus Qualified
An Associate is Fast Start Bonus Qualified when he purchases the Fast Start Program for personal use, buys one to sell to a customer, or alternatively accumulates 500 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) from his start date as a MaxLifeResearch Associate.

Inactive
Inactive is the term used to describe Associates who do not have at least 100 points of Autoship Personal Sales Volume (APSV) and 150 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in a monthly commission period.

Leg
A leg begins with a personally enrolled Associate and includes all of the Associates enrolled below him.

Level
Level is a term used to describe the placement relationship between Associates.

Original Sponsor
The sponsor at the time an Associate’s application was accepted.

Paid As Title
While an Associate may have previously earned a title, his paid-as title is the highest title for which an Associate is qualified in a commission period.  The paid-as title may be the same as or lower than the Associate’s actual title.  All Associates are paid based on their paid-as title.

Personally Enrolled
The sponsor who is identified on the application of a new recruit personally enrolls the new recruit.  While due to deactivation, the sponsor of a recruit may change, the Associate who personally enrolled the recruit will not change.

Personally Sponsored
An Associate is personally sponsored by his or her current sponsor.

Personal Sales Volume (PSV)
Personal Sales Volume is the total of all bonus volume credited to an Associate in a calendar month which is the basis upon which personal activity requirements are measured.  PSV may be generated by orders placed with MaxLifeResearch by the Associate himself and by those personal customers who purchase from MaxLifeResearch.

Placement ID
Placement ID is the term given to the current immediate upline of an Associate.

Qualified Executive Leg
A leg that contains one or more Associates with the paid-as title of Executive or above in the monthly commission period is a Qualified Executive Leg.

Qualified Marketing Director Leg
A leg that contains one or more Associates with the paid-as title of Marketing Director or above in the monthly commission period is an Active Marketing Director Leg.

Qualified One-Star Executive Leg
A leg that contains one or more Associates with the paid-as title of One-Star Executive or above in the monthly commission period is an Qualified One-Star Executive Leg.

Qualified Senior Marketing Director Leg
A Qualified Senior Marketing leg is a leg that contains one or more Associates with the paid-as title of Senior Marketing Director or above in the monthly commission period is a Senior Marketing Director Leg.

Qualified Three-Star Executive Leg
A Qualified Three-Star Executive Leg is a leg that contains one or more Associates with the paid-as title of Two-Star Executive or above in the monthly commission period is a Qualified Two-Star Executive Leg.


Qualified Two-Star Executive Leg
A Qualified Two-Star Executive Leg is a leg that contains one or more Associates with the paid-as title of Two-Star Executive or above in the monthly commission period is a Qualified Two-Star Executive Leg.

Sponsor is the term given to an Associate who introduces the opportunity to a new recruit.  The sponsor is identified on the application of the new Associate.  The new Associate is personally enrolled by his sponsor.

Title
Each Associate has a title.  A title reflects an achievement of several requirements for recognition.  The title for which the Associate qualifies each month (his or her paid-as title) determines eligibility for bonuses in the Compensation Plan.  The title signifies the highest position attained in the Compensation Plan (unless the title was lowered – see Title Maintenance for details)

Upline
Upline is a term used to describe the Associate who is the sponsor of another Associate and the sponsor of that sponsor, etc. all the way up to the Company.
